TOKYO GAME SHOW Digital World 2024
(TGS Digital World 2024)

TOKYO GAME SHOW VR (TGSVR) will be renamed "TOKYO GAME SHOW Digital World" in 2024.
Last year TOKYO GAME SHOW VR 2023 was successfully realized as a virtual venue of TOKYO GAME SHOW.
TGS Digital World has been updated and will contribute to maximize the promotion of exhibitors, so please consider exhibiting at TGS Digital World.

Exhibit Plan (for game-related companies and VR platformers only)

Four plans are available:Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
You provide us with 3D data from your company's game assets and we place them in the world or booth.
Depending on the plan you choose, we will also convert data and respond to customization upon request.

  • For converting data and customization, a separate production fee will be charged depending on the product to be created.

Platinum Plan

  • 33 million yen～ (Assumed 1 company)

●Production: Independent World
We produce an independent world that can be accessed directly from the entrance space.
●Contents: 3D data installation + conversion
3D data provided by you is installed in the World.
If necessary, we can convert the data and develop some of the original data.
  • Additional fees will be determined based on content.

Gold Plan

  • 8.8 million yen～ (Assumed 3 company)

●Production: Booths in the exhibit area + mini-world
We will create a booth in the exhibit area and a mini world that can be accessed from the booth.
●Contents: 3D data installation + conversion
3D data provided by you is installed in the booth.
If necessary, we can convert the data.
  • Additional fees will be determined based on content.

Silver Plan

  • 3.3 million yen～ (Assumed 15 company)

●Production: Booths in the exhibit area
We will create a booth in the exhibit area.
●Contents: 3D data installation
3D data provided by you is installed in the booth.
  • It is necessary to prepare 3D data in accordance with the submission specifications.

Bronze Plan

  • 1.1 million yen～ (Assumed 20 company)

●Production: Booths in the exhibit area
We will create a booth in the exhibit area.
●Contents: 2D data installation
Logos, images, videos, etc. are expected to be installed.

Sponsorship Plan (for general companies only)

Two plans are available: Premium and Standard.Both plans allow you to set up your own space within the space to promote your brand and PR.

Premium Plan

  • 55 million yen～ (Assumed 3 company)

●Production: Independent World
We produce an independent world that can be accessed directly from the entrance space.
●Contents: 3D data (original development)
We will propose world design and installation items according to your request.
  • Additional fees will be determined based on content.

Standard Plan

  • 16.5 million yen～ (Assumed 15 company)

●Production: Booths in the exhibit area
We will create a booth in the exhibit area.
●Contents: 3D data (original development)
We will propose world design and installation items according to your request.
  • Additional fees will be determined based on content.

  • In the event of customization or original production work beyond the exhibition pattern base (space planning, 3DCG data conversion support, CG production, etc.), a separate production fee will be charged.
  • Exhibitors and sponsors are limited to companies and products that comply with the CESA Code of Ethics. (CESA Code of Ethics: https://www.cesa.or.jp/guideline/ethics.html)
  • The selection committee will make a decision only when the number of applications exceeds the number of spaces available. The order of priority is stated in the "Selection of Exhibit Space" in the TOKYO GAME SHOW Digital World 2024 Exhibit Regulations.
  • Entities and organizations exhibiting at "TOKYO GAME SHOW Digital World 2024" shall be treated the same as online exhibitors in the "TOKYO GAME SHOW 2024 Exhibition Exhibit Regulations.
    However, TGS Digital World 2024 promotion sponsors are excluded.
